Great book blurb. I would be inspired to read it. I have several curry books but my all time favourite is A Heritage of Indian Cooking by Joseph Cotta. He was the owner and chef of the Shalimar restaurant in Canberra. Another favourite curry book is Charmaine Solomon’s The Complete Asian Cookbook.
