June is Black Music Month.
Today I’m putting the spotlight on the little known British soul singer Ephraim Lewis.
I fell in love with this track, Drowning In Your Eyes, which was released in 1992. It’s taken from his only album, Skin.
Here’s a live performance of the album track Summer Lightening.
Emphraim died suddenly in 1994.
Read about his life and music here at Black Gay Blog
Give your ears a treat and dive into this album on a rainy day.
You’ll feel much better for it.
Who knows what other music he could have made.
