1988 saw the 50th anniversary of The Beano and The Dandy comics.
Anniversary editions were printed, along with a commemorative sticker book and a special annual.
The sticker book has a special page in it with re-useable stickers – they even still work today!
These are some of the items I still have from 1988, when I was fourteen.
They’re not worth very much but I’ll still keep hold of them!
Maybe my kids will read them one day…

Can you show us the ‘stick and lift’ page from the centre? As I recall it was a street party scene.
