So, here we go again.
In the UK we have just begun our second lockdown.
This time, though, things are different.

My children are still in school.
My wife still goes to work.
I still go to work.
For my family, life is pretty much going on as normal Monday to Friday.
It’s the weekends that feel different. We can’t really go anywhere.
After a week full of Zoom calls and Teams meetings, I find solace in the kitchen.
Today I turned six cooking apples into an apple pie. It is like eating a hug.
