Here’s a handy roundup of what I’ve been up to on My Mashed Up Life this week!
I’m currently reading three books at once, because, y’know, just reading one book would be way too straightforward.

I’m dipping into Toksvig’s Almanac, exploring Keith Richards’ memoir Life and reading Across the Nightingale Floor by Lian Hearn.
Sticking with music, I took a moment to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Janet Jackson’s Control album. It still sounds as fresh as it did way back then, in (whisper it) 1986. That really does seem like a lifetime ago.
I’ve been dipping into my vinyl collection and revisited three albums from Duran Duran.

Oh and I also found time to bake a pie.

This is cheese and onion pie and, dear reader, it is absolutely delicious.

And finally, I took a look back at some of my travels… because right now it’s hard not being to go anywhere, and we need to take a moment to appreciate all the places we went to when life was more carefree.
Have a great week and stay safe.
