G is for Garbage.

While Stupid Girl and Queer caught my ear, it was Milk that made me a fan of this album.
This album will forever remind me of my third year at university, when I was living in a shabby terraced house, with an ancient red formica kitchen, a temperamental boiler and single-glazed windows that rattled with the passing traffic.
I didn’t usually like guitar-led music, but I liked Garbage. A lot.
With hooks galore and plenty of charisma the hits from this album were hard to ignore, especially when combined with the impact of the videos.
