Happy Father’s Day!

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, step-dads, partners, grandfathers, uncles, godfathers and friends that help to raise children and young people. There is no rule book; we’re all doing the best we can.

I’ve written a few blog posts over the years about fatherhood and parenting. Here are five of the best!

(click the links to read them).

The Cycle Path of Fatherhood – the experience of teaching my kids to ride a bike

A Decade of Dad – last year I reflected on my ten years as a dad (so far!)

Looking back at Lockdown Learning – we survived 14 weeks of home learning in 2020!

Changing Room Challenges: battles of the dads at the kids’ swimming lessons

Reading Aloud: the kids are listening even when you think they’re not – the pleasure of reading to my kids

So yeah, Happy Father’s Day! Here’s to another year of cycling, swimming, reading, learning and everything else we do as dads.
