So I’ve chosen these three books to pack in my suitcase, ready for the beach:

The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman

Agent Sonya by Ben Macintyre

I Married A Communist by Philip Roth

Now I just need decent beach weather to go with them…

…although, to be fair, snuggling up with them in a seaside cottage while the rain pours down will also be just fine.
